Terms of Service
Welcome. By requesting or receiving electrical services from Sparks Electrical Services LLC, including estimates, installations, repairs, inspections, and related work, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Sparks Electrical Services LLC will perform electrical work as described in your written estimate, work order, or contract. Services may include wiring, panel work, equipment connections, troubleshooting, and coordination with utilities or inspectors. Any work outside the agreed scope may require a change order or separate agreement.
2. Permits, Codes & Access
Where required by law, Sparks Electrical Services LLC will obtain permits and schedule inspections as agreed. You agree to provide safe access to panels, attics, crawl spaces, and work areas, and to disclose known hazards (such as asbestos, moisture, or damaged wiring). You are responsible for ensuring the property owner or authorized agent approves the work.
3. Estimates, Pricing & Payment
Estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may adjust if concealed conditions, code requirements, or client-requested changes arise. Payment terms (deposits, progress payments, and balance due) will be stated in your proposal or invoice. Materials and third-party fees may be billed separately where applicable.
4. Warranties & Limitations
Sparks Electrical Services LLC warrants workmanship in accordance with any written warranty provided on your invoice or contract, and applicable law. Except as required by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment and fixtures as specified by the manufacturer.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set forth in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all completed work, materials ordered on your behalf, and reasonable demobilization costs as permitted by law. Sparks Electrical Services LLC may pause or decline work if the site is unsafe, payment is overdue, or required cooperation is not provided.
